About 50 words
Olio is a Mac app for people who are into a lot of things. Notes, links and images live side by side, in a collection for each interest, with sections when one grows. Capture from any app with ⌥Space and find anything with ⌘K. No account: everything stays on your Mac.
About 100 words
Olio is a Mac app for people with many interests. It keeps notes, links and images together: notes read like paper, links show as preview cards, images get a wall of their own. Each interest becomes a collection, and collections grow sections as they fill. Quick Capture (⌥Space) saves from any app; ⌘K finds anything. There's no account and no server: the library stays on your Mac, with daily backups and export to Markdown. Olio was designed by Andrei, an independent product designer in Madrid, after years of keeping everything in one long note. In English, an olio is a mixture of many things.
